Rachael has been an ophthalmic technician for over 12 years. She began her career in the tri-state area before returning home to the Buffalo region, where she continues to provide dedicated patient care. For the past 8 years, Rachael has been an integral part of the practice and has served as Dr. Sharma’s surgical coordinator. Outside of the office, Rachael stays busy supporting her children. She can often be found cheering enthusiastically at her sons’ hockey, baseball, and basketball games, or attending her daughter’s All-Star cheer competitions.
