Rachael has been an ophthalmic technician for over 12 years. She began her career in the tri-state area before returning home to the Buffalo region, where she continues to provide dedicated patient care. For the past 8 years, Rachael has been an integral part of the practice and has served as Dr. Sharma’s surgical coordinator for the past 8 years. Outside of the office, Rachael stays busy supporting her children. She can often be found cheering enthusiastically at her sons’ hockey, baseball, and basketball games, or attending her daughter’s All-Star cheer competitions.
